UMissed/Rope Burn Culvert, Manchester

I learnt that making a ropeladder from nylon rope is not the best idea.

The rope burns on my hands and Sui's weren't to bad but Jim Gillette's were epic, The rope melted his glove he fell that fast!

This culvert was found by Siologen in 2005 but Yaz and Userscott had visited back in 2008...

With a length of 0.47km this culvert covers a long section of the Medlock and is about 12/15ft tall inside.

Myslef and Sui then set off in search of 'Sparticus' further downstream only to find one dingy had a massive gash in it and the other a slow puncture...

We will return 'Sparticus'...

Hartford Mill, Oldham

After a Drain fail we ended up wandering Oldham in the car and came across this, The mill is  now dilapidated, with extensive fire and water damage. Oldham Council have recently been given planning permission to convert the mill into apartments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Every single house in some roads were boarded up and trashed, The roof tried to catch Sui out a few times inside the Mill too...
